入会に際してのご案内

入会金は頂いておりません。
入会登録料（カード作成料込）¥5,500(税込)が必要です。A registration fee of ¥5,500 (which includes the cost of the membership card) will be charged at sign up.

月会費以外に利用料等費用はかかりません。
Other than the membership fee no other fees apply.

会員資格は16歳（中学卒業）以上の方が対象です。
Minimum age is 16 years old.

未成年者の方は親権者の同意が必要となります。
For applicants minor a parental authorization is required.

おまとめ払いは、月会費の6か月分または12か月分のおまとめ払いです。
Advance payment for 6months and 12months are available.

おまとめ払いは割引もあります。半年一括（5.75ヶ月分）・年一括（11ヶ月分）
If you pay one year in advance the membership only requires an 11 month payment ( 1month discount!)
If you pay six months in advance the discount equals one week. ( 5.75 month payment).※ おまとめ払いについて対象外のものもございますので、詳しくは店舗にお問合せください。
※ This service (a lump-sum payment ) is not applicable for some kinds of member class.
